  • Class "B" or "C"
  • Minimum Size: 100 apartment units.
  • Minimum Occupancy: 80%. Will consider lower occupancy if properties are in good locations or have strong value enhancement potential.
  • We will consider properties with deferred maintenance if they are in emerging markets, or have strong value enhancement potential.
